First, let me introduce myself.
I am Dr. Sylvia Buet. I have more than 30 years of experience working as a Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapist, both in Spain and the UK.
In 2018, I completed a PhD research study to find out why some people get over a breakup quickly, while others get stuck.
